Dr. Brian Waters is an assistant professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His degrees include a B.S. in Agronomy from Missouri State, a M.S. in Agronomy (Plant Physiology) from the University of Missouri, and a Ph.D. in Agronomy and Nutritional Sciences (Plant Molecular Biology) from the University of Missouri.
Dr. Waters research interests include studying the nutritional physiology and molecular genetics in plants that contribute to the transfer of nutrients into the edible portions of plant life.
